A simple, secure, private telemedicine solution
for patients in quarantine.
We've made telehealth simple and easy for our pateints. Request your appointment (like you normally would) and request your appointment to be by video conferencing. PLEASE NOTE: Melanoma and Skin Cancer evaluations must be in person. The following providers are available for telehealth appointments: Peter J Jenkin, MD Kari Paulson, PA-C.
If you are an existing patient of our clinic, request an appointment by calling 206-267-2100 Monday thru Friday 730am-4pm or by submitting an online appointment request available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Once you have requested an appointment, one of our Patient Care Coordinators will reach out to you with a list of optional dates and times available for a telehealth (video) or in-office visit with one of our providers.
We Send You A Link
Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an Telehealth introductory email that includes the link that will be used for your virtual appointment. Patients have an option to use a laptop/computer or a smart phone that have video/audio capability.
Up to 15 minutes before your appointment you can enter our HIPPA compliant virtual exam room via the text or email link. This notifies your provider's team that you have entered our virtual waiting room and are ready to be seen.
Begin Your Exam
Your provider and their CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) will be ready for you, in a private, closed-door exam room where you will be able to discuss your concerns and be able to show them conditions you are experiencing. Video chats are recommended to be carried out with use of mobile phones for simplified viewing.
