Together, a patient skincare plan is created that is specific and unique to each individual patient. This skincare plan delivers a maximized result that's unique to each patient, requiring no surgery and offers the most health-benefiting results possible.

Appointments Include: Skincare consultation and a skincare regimen designed just for your particular skincare needs. There are numerous factors that can change or require regimen adjustments (such as diet, weather, stress level, and/or environmental factors).

Time: 45 mins, Location: Your computer, Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time (PST), Language: English, Cost: $175 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This will then be applied to your treatment (within 90 days of consult). Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you, requiring a credit card number for confirmation.

Step Two: Tell us your top skin concerns

VCC begins with a Q&A discussion of your specific goals and concerns. Through a series of comprehensive questions, responses given provide insight into individual skin types, needs and desired outcomes.

Step Three: Observational Feedback

The discussion of your skin concerns (and what we can see via Telehealth – a secure form of Facetime or Skype) will drive our recommendations

Step Four: Initial First Steps towards success

Your assigned master licensed aesthetician will provide you with a recommended treatment plan as related to your skin care goals.

Step Five: Sharing Your Daily Routine

Bring your current skincare products to your video appointment for an unbiased evaluation.

Step Six: Planning your skin care goals

Your LMA will then plan out a regimen to not only address, but continue the drive towards healthy skin.

We have heard this from our patients time and time again, and for this reason, we are now offering Virtual Cosmetic Consults with one of our Licensed Master Aestheticians. Our LMA’s are skincare professionals who know not only the latest treatments and products but combine that with their medical knowledge, regularly updated training and certifications to deliver the safest and most effective results for healthy skin, which both your skin and your wallet will be thankful for. Expert advice and personalized skin coaching from our master licensed aestheticians start with a five-step consultation to help you learn about your unique skin type and start your road to optimal skin.

General dermatology, nutrition and acupuncture appointments are usually covered by insurance but copayments are due at time of service. Cosmetic consultations are free for existing patients. New patients will be charged $175 that will be applied towards any cosmetic treatments received within 90 days.
If you are having a video consultation, it's best not to wear makeup so your LMA can get a better view of your skin.
We ship any products your LMA suggests, which we carry in office directly to you with free shipping with purchases over $100. Otherwise, your LMA will offer shopping links for OTC items.
For the assessment portion of your appointment, we will be going over what you are currently using at home on your skin. To ensure we stay on time, we ask that you bring no more than 8 products to your appointment (for video only) for us to review.

A valid email address that you check often. This will be used for your appointment confirmation and communication notices from our Patient Portal. Computer, tablet or cell phone with webcam access (so we can see you!) A reliable internet connection. A well-lit room during the time of your video consultation.
Using a webcam or mobile phone in a well-lit room will allow us to see some details of your skin. However, it will mainly be a discussion that drives our diagnosis.
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. Late arrival will deprive you of your full appointment time. In fairness to all of our clients, your appointment time must end on time so that our scheduling system is effective. If you are more than 15+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a "no-show" and charged $100 in full for your appointment.
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, we do request a 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. We will always do our best to avoid charging for cancellations, but please keep in mind our service providers are by appointment only. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the appointment unless we are able to fill the appointment.
Yes, we follow the strict, federal, and medical guidelines for our information exchanging with patients. We use only HIPAA certified telehealth exchange, which allows our patient's optimal privacy and security.
