I have been to a lot of different dermatologists in the region. This is the only place that solved my skin problems. They are so wonderful. Front staff is the best. The doctors are knowledgable and solve your problems. I highly recommend making an appointment.Morgan S.
I went to Dermatologist Associates for my first ever skin screening. Everyone in the front was very helpful and I was seen right away. This was especially appreciated as I'd written down my time wrong and was actually thirty minutes late. The woman who took my medical history was friendly and thorough and both the doctors I saw were very informative. I never really knew what I should be watching out for and Google can convince me that every mole I have is cancerous, so I was glad to have all my questions answered. I had one raised mole on my back that wasn't a cause for concern, but was obviously being irritated by clothing and they removed it right after my exam. No need to schedule second appointment was absolutely astounding. I was in and out of the office in thirty minutes flat.Ruby P.
Amazing customer service and over all compassion for their patients!Amy F.
They have always been very accommodating to me. Very pleasing people.Kathy M.
As he examined my skin he spoke what he was seeing while his assistant took notes into an iPad. I asked questions, he answered-- it was very positive experience. He gave his diagnosis and explained the treatment and drugs he was prescribing. He gave me clear directions-- even commenting/warning me how my pharmacist might recommend taking a particular medication. I especially appreciated that he explained the clinical treatment and how he will respond if my symptoms did not improve in 10-14 days. Walking down the halls, they all greeted me or smiled. When Dr. Jenkin came into the exam room, he was friendly and very thorough. (In case you're wondering, I had a recurring allergic reaction.) Two weeks later, I had a follow up. Experience was the same. Friendly staff, making sure my parking was validated, welcoming smiles, etc. Dr. Jenkin is gracious, professional, friendly and approachable.Mark F.
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. And when I raised concerns about cost of medication, they have consistently made clear if the medication is too much, let them know and they will find an alternative. The support staff has been helpful and if they don't know and answer to my question, will try to find it. Overall, I feel like an empowered patient working towards a solution to my medical issues at this Clinic.Henry P.
