Our offices are conveniently located
just off of I-5, and on multiple bus
routes for both Metro and Community
Transit. The Metropolitan Park East
Tower is bounded by Minor Avenue, Olive
Way, Howell Street, and I-5.
I-5 Southbound:
- Take the Stewart Street exit, #166, toward Denny Way.
- Stay on Stewart Street for two short blocks.
- Turn left on Minor Avenue.
- Continue on Minor for one and a half blocks across Howell Street towards the two twenty-story aluminum and black buildings.
- There is a sign to your left in front of the building on the corner of Minor Avenue and Howell Street that says: Metropolitan Park East Tower.
- Turn left into the parking garage of the twenty-story building on your left. This is the Metropolitan Park East Tower.

I-5 Northbound:
- Take the Olive Way exit, #166.
- Turn right on Olive Way.
- You will see the building just across the freeway, but because Olive Way is One Way in the opposite direction, you must go around the block as follows:
- Turn right on Melrose Avenue.
- Turn right on Pine Street.
- Turn right on Boren Avenue.
- Turn right on Olive Way.
- Proceed to the next corner, and turn left on Minor Avenue.
- You will find yourself between two twenty-story aluminum and black buildings.
- Turn right into the parking garage of the twenty- story building on your right. This is the Metropolitan Park East Tower.

From Minor & James (old office):
- Go north down the hill on Boren for 13 blocks.
- Take a right onto Olive Street.
- Almost immediately you will take your first left onto Minor Avenue less than half a block down.
- You will find yourself between two twenty-story aluminum and black buildings.
- Turn right into the parking garage of the twenty-story building on your right . This is the Metropolitan Park East Tower.
