Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient to have access to timely medical care. Cancellations of scheduled appointments must be communicated to our office at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. For your convenience you may leave a message of cancellation on our voice mail system. Monday appointments must be cancelled by noon of the preceding Friday. “No Shows” or appointments not cancelled with 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $75 fee.

We offer 50% off of hourly parking to our patients when parking at the Metropolitan Park East Tower building. Simply ask for validation at our front desk. The garage entrance is on the east side of Minor Avenue and is located in the tower with restaurants at the base of the building. Metered street parking is also available. Sign up for access to the patient portal during your next visit.

Our office currently refills all prescriptions through your pharmacy. Once your pharmacy has contacted our office we will review your chart to issue a refill. Patients that have not been seen in over a year will be asked to schedule an appointment with their rendering provider before a prescription can be refilled.
