I-5 Southbound:
- Take the Stewart Street exit, #166, toward Denny Way.
- Stay on Stewart Street for two short blocks.
- Turn left on Minor Avenue.
- Continue on Minor for one and a half blocks across Howell Street towards the two twenty-story aluminum and black buildings.
- There is a sign to your left in front of the building on the corner of Minor Avenue and Howell Street that says: Metropolitan Park East Tower.
- Turn left into the parking garage of the twenty-story building on your left. This is the Metropolitan Park East Tower
I-5 Northbound:
- Take the Olive Way exit, #166.
- Turn right on Olive Way.
- Turn right on Melrose Avenue.
- Turn right on Pine Street.
- Turn right on Boren Avenue.
- Turn right on Olive Way.
- Proceed to the next corner, and turn left on Minor Avenue.
- The Met Park East tower will be on your right.
