Dermatology Associates offers the highest quality cosmetic services in a confidential and professional manner in our Seattle office.  Our Cosmetic treatments include but are not limited to laser treatments for brown spots, acne scars, redness, facial veins, wrinkles and overall skin rejuvenation, body sculpting to reduce those minor bulges and bumps, dermal fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, Sculptra, Belotero to replace lost volume, Botox injections to minimize frown lines, Isolaz treatments for the management of acne, esthetician services such as facials, chemical peels, makeup consultations.  At your initial consultation Dr Peter Jenkin, Dr Pula Zook, or Gina Mower, PA will discuss treatment options available with you.  

Payment:

Our clinic accepts Visa, MasterCard, personal check or cash as forms of payment.  All Cosmetic fees are due at the time of service.  We do have a cancellation policy and fee for patients who cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
